Steps to Request Deletion

1. 1Email sales@techmisai.com from the email address registered with your Meet to Manage account.
2. 2Use the subject "Meet to Manage account deletion request".
3. 3Include your account email, institute name, role, and phone number if one was used.
4. 4If the account belongs to a student, a parent/guardian or the authorised institute admin may submit the request.
5. 5We may ask for verification before deleting data to protect students and institute records.

Data Deleted

• User profile details such as name, email address, phone number, role, and login access.
• Personal app data associated with the user account, such as notifications, messages, device tokens, and app activity records.
• Student or parent account access to dashboards, classes, assignments, materials, attendance views, and fee views.
• Authentication records that allow the user to sign in to the app.

Data We May Keep

• Institute-level records that the institute is legally or operationally required to keep, such as attendance registers, fee/payment records, invoices, class records, assignment submissions, quiz results, and audit logs.
• Records needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, tax/accounting obligations, backup recovery, or service abuse investigation.
• De-identified or aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably identify the deleted user.
